  • Boil a cup of water and pour into a teaspoon of chamomile and sage flowers for five minutes. Let infuse for 15 minutes, covered. Strain and gargle every two hours.
  • In the blender place half liter of orange juice, four garlic cloves, four guavas, two tablespoons of honey and a slice of onion. Mix well and drink a glass every 8 hours. It is also ideal to fight the cold.
  • Mix hot or warm milk with clay until it forms a soft paste. Place as a poultice with a thick cloth around the neck.
