Concerning unsaturated fats, we find them in nuts, seeds and olive oil, an essential nutrient in the diet of both adults and younger and recognized for its many properties for our health.

Vitamins, meanwhile, are essential for the body. Perform multiple functions, which are essential nutrients. Among others, they should not miss the diet of children foods rich in vitamin C, such as citrus. Another essential vitamin is vitamin A, found in fresh vegetables. The minerals are essential for healthy growth. Minerals such as calcium, iron and phosphorus are naturally included in the diet of the little ones to stimulate their development and, above all, to grow healthy and strong.

The hydration is the complement of food. Proper hydration goes to between 1.5 and 2 litres of fluids per day, mostly water.
