Gastritis is an irritation of the gastric mucosa and is usually taken for bad eating habits, stress, anxiety, abuse of certain drugs or other occasions by the appearance of Helicobacter pylori.

Meat: Fatty meats and sausages.
Beverages: Tea and coffee, carbonated drinks.
