How do get stained teeth?

Coconut oil:
In addition to helping your gums are healthy due to their anti-inflammatory properties, coconut oil will work such as bleach. Use it to rinse and you will soon see the results.
Advice:
- Strive with your dental hygiene. This means always floss and mouthwash.
- Reduce consumption of beverages such as coffee, tea or red wine.
- Avoid smoking.
- Do not brush the teeth with so much force.
- Eat fruits such as oranges, spawn, apple, papaya and pear. Its components create a protective film on the enamel avoiding staining.
- Chewing sugarless gum increases saliva production. This helps to sweep plaque that stain the teeth as well as the bacteria that cause tooth decay. Chewing gum must contain xylitol which is a natural sweetener.
