Exercise is a thoroughly enjoyable activity that encourages our body and mind, but when after a good workout to follow stiffness our momentum seems to become extinct. Is there a way to avoid it?


Physical activity begins warming up the last stretch and every part of the process is just as important as the time we devote to acclimate our bodies to the effort as the minutes that relaxed every muscle to prevent contractures and subsequent tensions.

First thing you must remember is that the exercise must end in a progressive manner and never in one fell swoop, we must go down the progress little by little until an end completely stopped indulging in each muscle that we have worked.
